FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common types of jobs are ... mid-day dog walks, pet sitting (cat, dog, backyard/urban chickens, and small caged animals), potty breaks for young or senior dogs, horse care (groom, turn-out/bring-in, hold for farrier or vet), and our pet taxi (pick-up/drop-off dogs at groomers or vets, and pet supply delivery).
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Professional pet sitters are just what the description implies - professional. While having friends, family, or neighbors care for your pets may seem like a logical choice, professional pet sitters do this for a living and have the experience necessary to care for your animals. We are ready to handle unforeseen emergencies and are skilled in the ways of animal behavior, as well as in the finer points of pet care. The untrained friend or neighborhood eighth grader might not be ready for a pet in distress or other emergencies, but our pet care providers are. Our pet sitters are trained in Pet First-aid & CPR, and have many years of experience caring for animals. All of our pet sitters are also insured, bonded, background-checked, and collect sales tax. This means that you can trust us to act responsibly when we enter your home. Since this is our job, you can count on us to be there.
