Introduction: I am looking to make extra cash by putting my knowledge and experience to use by helping make people's lives easier and smoother. I am willing to do everything, from all household chores to animal care taking and baby sitting/ being a full time nanny. I love children and have no problem being an on-call babysitter. I am very organized and great with people. I am a hard worker,and I can manage my time extremely well. I have a very out going person and positive. I pay great deal of attention to detail. I have been watching children for over 12 yrs in personal homes and at a daycare. depending on service you are inquireing and the age of the child(s), the prices will change. open to negotiation. I have been around animals my whole life. I worked around 5 yrs at grooming salon for pets. I can bath, clip nails, clean ears, trim hair around the legs and the back side to even up the lenghth. I can also clean out the fur in between the pads on their feet. AS much as I dont enjoy expressing the anal glans, I will do this as well. My prices for animal care all depends on the service requested, the size of the dog and how many dogs there would be needing my services. Puppys are also included House cleaning can be as basic as just coming over once a week to dust, sweep, mop and vacumm and a good wipe down in the bathroom(s) All done with cleaning suplies. For this service I would charge up $120. With this service I normally would come twice a month. Making the monthy total $240. The prices could be higher if your home is over 1200sqft. A deep clean would include everything a basic cleaning offers along with wiping window seals and the window, shampoo the carpet, clean blinds, doing laundry cleaning out the refridgerator. extras that you can request for a negotiable price are as followed: cleaning out ovens my fixed price on this is 40$ only due to the amount of time that goes into cleaning the over cleaning pools fixed price 25$ pulling weeds or helping in the garden hourly rate is 10$ an hr organizing your garage open for negotion based off the extent of the items you have to put away No matter the service you request I will make sure you are satisfied with the work and you feel a little more at ease .
