- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing but will price per job for most bids that I get through this site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always start with making sure I understand what the customer is looking for in a project. I will go over their requests and make a time line to get each part of the job done. I will also require a 50% deposit before I start any work with a new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 20 years experience in graphic and web design. I have worked in both agencies and print production. I have multiple degrees ranging from graphic and web design & web programming and photography.
