Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Because no two clients or assignments are the same, I approach each and every opportunity as something new, fresh and exciting. For commercial clients, this includes careful listening, understanding your company's strategic objectives, and writing up a project plan before shoot day(s). This assures high quality work that provides imagery that is perfect for your needs. For portraiture, my approach is also unique to each individual. We spend time talking so I understand who you really are, and then we collaborate to create portraits that are honest, authentic and artistic. The evidence is this is best found in reviewing the recognition and exposure that I have enjoyed, and for which I am very grateful, at galleries and exhibitions around the world. Getting to know each clients' wishes for the work and collaborating with the client to achieve great work.

Nick has taken photos of me and my son on numerous occasions. The photo that he took of us for Mother's Day is astounding. It is photograph of a lifetime that sings of humor, love, and color. My family is grateful to have it.

Zedfoto shot a set of business head shots, during which he also magically captured some unforgettable pictures of my husband and son on the fly. I can't recommend zedfoto enough. He has a gift for seeing opportunities for great photos.

Nick took two days of wedding chaos and framed them into hundreds of images of fabulously behaved kids and well entertained friends and family). The pictures reflect how I remember the two days, but now less stressed and very grateful!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I take continuing education, in my work these are master classes with some of the great photographers in the world, every year to continue to hone my technique and/or artistry. Next up in March 2015 is a mentorship program in Santa Fe, New Mexico at one of the foremost schools of photography.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please choose the provider who has the best credentials, not just the provider who offers the lowest price.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The old adage that you get what you pay for is certainly true. There are many individuals out there who take pictures. To borrow though from a truly great photographer, I make pictures. The difference is that I take the time and have the experience to craft something of lasting value, artistry and authenticity. To produce great work, requires time, patience and skill and is worth the investment.
