I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Precision Decks Inc. & Snow Removal. Despite the minimal snowfall this year, they were prompt and attentive, coming out to our neck of the woods for our one inch triggers. We opted in for use of eco-friendly salt as we face the north side, so that extra step and the prompt plowing has made our driveway much cleaner than years past when we went with other snow removal services. Plus, they went above and beyond by plowing additional areas on our property, such as the sidewalk and side parking spot. So awesome! Communication was a breeze, making the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this local business for their exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction. I reached out because my other plow guy decided to jack up his rates. Matt messaged me right away and said he could be out asap. Mind you, it was during the snow storm the other day. But he got out to my place very quickly, did an amazing job, no sod damage. He communicated when he was in his way and asked me how I wanted it done. Just a great experience. I highly recommend him.

While this year's snowfall was pretty dismal calling for only 1 service for the contracted season, Mat was willing to provide 2 additional plowings for me after contract at a very reasonable rate. Mat agreed to shovel my sidewalk and stairs leading up to my house and his plowing was precise, he did not rip up my yard like my previous service. Additionally, in early winter Mat was able to replace boards and rebuild 18-20 feet of stairs on my deck that had sunk into what we later learned was dirt. The stairs had not been constructed properly. Mat fixed that. He does great work.
