- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There should not be anything complicated about pricing. The customer should be shopping the "bottom line", One price for the same materials and services. Everything else is fodder.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Internet provides me with some of the information. Regular work meetings also help. Conventions offer the best opportunities to stay abreast of what is happening.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Delusions of grandeur. My brother had a thriving floor covering business in the early 80's. He is the real reason.
