Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When im hiring a service provider, I like to know that im supporting a local business. Plus when I speak to them I want to feel comfortable and feel some amount of trust.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most companys in my business, charge by how full their trucks are. Considering this most companys just throw items in the truck, doing this fills the space very quick. My business we pack it so you get twice as much space for alot less.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I Think asking the questions that are on your mind at the time are the right questions for you and your situation. Then while speaking to the other party you can feel them out.

A. We are a full service removal/cleanout company that does all the work, for you. You just tell us what you want removed or cleaned out and we will get right on it.

A. In any service it all depends on what you’re trying to do or accomplish. AAA U Call I Haul have the lowest prices in the industry, because we are networked with other companies like recycle companies, dumps and transfer station and community outreach programs like: Goodwill, Salvation Army and Bridging.

A. This is not the easiest situation for someone to deal or handle and can become frustrating and overwhelming given the situation. Here at AAA U Call I Haul we take pride in all our customers. Q. What do you do with the items removed?

A. On average we recycle about 30% of every job, everything from metal to paper. Other items that we can donate to local charities we try to do that as well. As far as everything in-between we are a licensed MSW Haul which means we can dump at the Twin Cities burn facility where when burning these items in turn produces energy. Make sure that whoever is doing your work is Licensed as a MSW Hauler if not they may not be disposing correctly or even legally able to do this type of work.

A. Rest assured AAA U Call I Haul is a fully licensed, bonded and insured company for your protection at all levels.


Q. What do you take?

A. We take pretty much anything you can dream up: big or small. Dirty, clean smelly, fresh, heavy, light, tall, and short. Some examples of most commonly removed items are: Home furniture and appliances, electronics, clothing, toys, books, garbage, recyclables, concrete, dirt, construction material, tires, automotive cars and parts.


Q. What areas do you provide service and where are you based out of?

A. We are a Minnesota company servicing all of the metro and surrounding areas.


Q. What are your qualifications?

A. As stated above, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured. To be able to be recognized as a MSW Haul you have to go through rigorous business background check of all license and insurances.


Q. How long does it take?

A. On the average pick up of a few items to a truck load full usually half hour to an hour. In medium projects like a garage, basement or attic clean out around 2 hours. On larger projects, like an entire home, Rental property or business clean out, roughly one to two days.


Q. How do we perform the service?

A. After we have set up an appointment to perform your service. We will arrive that day prepared to get the job done with the right equipment and workers to complete the job to your liking. You can either leave the things you want taken away where they are or you can stage them in a certain area of your home, garage or yard for pick up. Are price includes all items, labor to remove and load trucks, hauling and disposal. All you have to do is point and it’s gone.


Q. Do I need to be there? “I work, go to school or other”

A. No, you do not have to be there, just let us know via phone, email or note at the place of pick up what you want done and what you want disposed of and we will take it from there. You can leave payment at the place of pick up or we can make other arrangements.


Q. How do you schedule an appointment?

A. The best way to set up an appointment is by phone, you can also do it by email corresponds. While setting up the appointment we can talk about your project and I can give you a quote at that time and a time we will be able to complete this service for you. We do offer same and next day service for those emergency and tight situations.


Q. Do we offer any other services?

A. We do some of the services provide are; Demolition, Painting (Interior/Exterior), Stump Removable, Lawn service (cutting, trimming, landscaping, Tree removal, retaining walls),Carpet, Tile, Carpentry, General handy man, Cabinets, Windows (Clean/remove/repair), Cleaning, Gutter clean out, Construction Clean Up, Pressure washing and Car Removal.


Q. How many people will be working on my project?

A. A minimal of two but it all depends on the project, larger projects we will bring in the help needed to complete it fast, efficient and effectively.


Q. Is my job too big or small?

A. AAA U Call I Haul can handle any job big or small anything from one item pick ups to large home or business clean outs.


Q. Do I have to have everything together in one area?

A. No, you can leave everything right where it is and we will do all of the labor of moving and loading the items. If it makes it easier for you to put the items being picked up in a certain spot that is fine to.


Q. I heard there are extra charges for certain items

A. In the hauling junk removal business there are extra charges for certain items like; stuffed furniture, mattresses some electronics, tires, appliances, oils and chemicals. We are a networked company that has resources, contracts with local dumps; recycle centers where we can dispose of things properly at a cheaper rate which in turn makes it cheaper for you. Other companies will charge you anywhere from $10 dollars extra for each item listed above their price quote.


Q. What equipment do you have?

A. We have the tools and man power necessary to accomplish any job.


Q. Can I add items once you have arrived that I didn’t think to mention when you gave me the quote.

A. Absolutely, we know you can remember all that you want picked up; on most cases you can just throw it in with no additional charges. If it is a substantial amount or an item or items that are extra we can come to an agreement to take that as well.
