- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we hate complicated pricing structures just like our customers do, we have been offering our services based on Flat Fees.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs we see are Virus removal, Hard Drive replacements and Data Recovery. Another common job is laptop screen replacements.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer brought us a crashed hard drive for data recovery. Prior to finding us he went to two of the big box electronics stores and was told that it would be impossible to get the data back. We were able to turn around that drive in 24 hours with all data recovered.
