Bathroom fan venting through the roof. Roof vent seems to be correctly installed, but flexible insulated duct was incorrectly connected at both the fan and the vent.

Fair price, good work except for cleanup-left insulation in grass and sidewalk. Not sure if he knew it was there.

Caught him drinking on the job. Could smell booze on his breath and noticed this after I saw him in a corner drinking from something in a brown paper bag when he thought I wasn't around. For the love of everything good, do not let this loser into your house.
