A. we are a hard wood floor company that concentrates on customer satisfaction. we believe in quality work.if your not happy, We're not happy.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Well its nice to meet new people every day and to have a change in scenery. But what i love most is completing a job, And making another home owner happy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. what is pricing for hard wood floors? Answer-depends on the job, how its installed, glue down, nail down, floating, pre-finish, un-finished. there's alot of varibles
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Well every job that i do i take pride in, and i am proud of. It feels good to take a space and completly change it.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. well i recently just finished up a buff & coat, which is a fairly simple process. the home owner removes every thing off the wood floors, I show up lightly buff your floor, vaccum all debris, clean floor with wet cloth, and then apply one coat of finish(water based or oil based).then let floor dry. a buff & coat costs $.75- $1.25 square foot. and takes 2-6 hours to complete.
