I prepaid for three months service as a christmas present for my wife. Lindsey came out once and was not able to finish but came back and took care of the rest. We set an appt for the next month cleaning but no one showed up. My wife was told that the appt did not get transfered to the calander. We set an appointment for the following week and again no one showed up. Since then I have left multiple messages for Lindsey, have emailed her and posted on her facebook page but no one has gotten back to me. I'm starting to feel like I was stolen from as I still have two months worth of cleaning that were pre-paid for. As of 2/17/2014 no one has contacted me. Next step will be the Better Business Bureau.

Kyle's house was beyond anything cleaning could do. Carpet ripped out of home, baseboards gone, mice droppings under sink. I explained I cannot get to all the cleaning the first time and need to come back for the second cleaning. Kyle assumed it was free. I explained it was not due to the condition of the home. Kyle got up set and threatened myself and my business. Kyle was refunded his $200 out of $300 even though I completed two cleaning’s. I refunded his money and didn't come out due to his threats. I never heard from his wife. I tried to reason with him but he would not understand.

UNRELIABLE!!! In my experience...they were soooo Unreliable!!! I had spoken to Lindsay. We had set up a day, discussed details and she was going to check with one of her cleaning partners, and said she would get back to me. That was on Monday and it's now Friday, and despite my many attempts to reach her and the different methods I gave to her to contact me via text, phone and email... I never heard back from her. And she made my situation even more overwhelming than it already was. I am chronically ill, and limited to a certain amount of activity, labor and lifting., She was very aware of my situation...and I felt so very blessed to have found this company. But it turned into a nightmare. Their business voicemail box is full, has been for days. They never answer my phone calls or replied to my texts or emails. Lindsay were very aware of my needs to have this done this weekend (Saturday, January, 3rd), and Im now stuck trying to find someone on short notice...very short notice, but unfortunately have not found a replacement. They should have canceled have you changed your mind and you should communicated with me, but instead just abandoned my needs with no notice. It was rude, unreliable...and I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and for putting me in this position. And now I'm stuck. Thanks for making my situation worse.

Melissa failed to mention this was New Years eve. Due to holiday I didnt call her and we had scheduled an appointment. I agreed to a payment plan and she was upset I would not honor it because she only had a pre paid debit card. She also told me her home was filled with fecus. I was more then willing to help out however she expected me to call her right away when I explained these take time to plan. She was also an hour away. I am more then willing to help people out however Melissa crossed a line of calling me late at night and treating my self and business. She was afraid I would call social services on her home because children live there. She had called me in the past but never set anything up.

Awesome job. I moved out of my home. My bathrooms looked. Amazing. I had let them go due to the move. Now lindsey comes to my new house another awesome job every month!

Lindsey does an awesome job cleaning, does a great job following up and shares her cleaning tips (for me specifically it was telling me about a pumice stone trick). The service provided has surpassed my expectations and I am very glad I made the initial call. I use Lindsey’s services monthly and am very pleased overall.
