Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our most common client is the owner of a single family home that needs to move to a new city, needs a bigger home. We are able to place a tenant giving the homeowners the ability to move and not having to worry about the day to day issues of property management.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do your homework and talk with other property management companies. We have great prices and our services exceed the services you will receive from our competition.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are easy to work with. Locally owned small business. When you call you will talk with one of the owners. We are able to tailor our services to your needs. And our prices are great.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. It is a great feeling to give homeowners hope in the living situations. Many are stuck in their homes due to the market conditions and don't think of renting out their home. We can take away the stress of property management and in many cases get higher rents than the owners were thinking was possible.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much can I get for rent? I can give you a ballpark idea of rents in your area, but really would like to meet with you face to face at the property and give you a free rental consultation.
How long will it take to find a tenant? Out average time to find a tenant is 15 days. I try to tell people to have their property ready to list about 6 weeks out from the move in date. This gives the property the maximum exposure to potential tenants.
