We are Trinity Hardwood Flooring based in Woodbury. We have been in the wood flooring industry for 8 years. We are a small, family owned and operated company (John (me) and my twin brothers, Jerred and Jesse).

We can provide you with professional advice on all different flooring types including: pre-finished, site finished, floating, engineered, solid, and laminates, as well as offer the best products in the industry at discount prices.

We are very competitive in terms of pricing, as we are a debt free company with less overhead than most of our competitors. We are insured beyond industry standards, and have quality references.

We would certainly be interested in any wood floor projects. We are highly skilled in all aspects of wood floor installation, sanding, finishing, re-coating, staining, custom borders and inlays, and interior trim and finish work.

We are willing to discuss the pricing and terms that you are looking for. If you have any questions, or would like to set up an estimate (estimates are always free, and NOT high pressure sales), please give us a call or send us an e-mail.

Thanks for your consideration, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If you are looking to hire anybody to do work on your home, ask as many questions as you need answered to feel comfortable, ask for references, if possible look for a referral from somebody that you trust, and choose the company that you feel most comfortable with. Price is important to everybody, but do not just hire the lowest bidder. If you are most comfortable with one particular contractor, but his/her price is a little higher, don't be afraid to let that company know that you prefer to work with them, but wonder if they would come closer to a lower bidder's price.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Just know that we understand that you may not know exactly what you want, or are looking for in your flooring project. It is ok to ask a lot of questions and let us guide you in your decision.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We tend to stand out from other flooring companies because we do not subcontract any of our work. My brother's Jerred and Jesse, along with me (John) complete every aspect of your project. When you call Trinity, you will meet me directly, not a salesman whom you will never see again.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting people every day, and seeing the completion and results of hard work on a regular basis.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers often ask if there will be any hidden or additional fees involved with the completion of their flooring project. When Trinity Hardwood Flooring provides you with an estimate (which are always FREE, and NOT high pressure), there are never any additional fees or charges.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We did a project for a retired Army officer who was very concerned about small details of the project, and also very concerned about trusting people inside of his home. He was so happy with us that he tipped all of us (not necessary or expected), let us test drive his new Mustang convertible, and had us come back to complete a second project on the lower level of his home.
