- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always upfront and won’t change. You won’t receive any sudden upcharges for any “discoveries” that may arise. What I quote in the beginning is always what you pay!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I drive to the location to give a more accurate estimate free of charge to the customer. Then once they receive the estimate, I answer any and all questions they may have and begin the work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in construction so I have used pressure washers, climbed on roofs, and always in my off season I have done home cleaning for my regular clients!
