- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-I always offer discounts for first responders and military personnel! -If the photoshoot is going to be further than 35 miles from Ashland MO, I do charge a variable fee for travel expenses. - A 25%, non-refundable deposit is required in order to finalize the booking and reserve your time slot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! Once we get connected and work out the basics of what type of service you're looking for, I will send you a price quote. The quote will include approximate costs for travel, photoshoot, editing, and any discounts that will be applied. After that, we can work out the finer details through an in-person meeting, phone call/text, or a Zoom call! After the shoot and when the photos are ready to be viewed, I'll send you a link where you can view and download digital versions of your captured memories!

I've worked with lots of couples, pets, toddlers, and first responders!
