I have engaged Marketing Xperience for my business, both for previous owned businesses and my current business. There are marketing firms that can simply market your product or service but Marketing Xperience has designed a unique approach to managing your entire sales, marketing, social marketing, and print requirements as expected from an in-house staff but managed on an outsourced basis. Resulting in quality, professional services affordable with the normal small business budget while allowing the business owner to stay focused on the business.

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Website content writing, brochures, flyers, ads, trade shows and PR.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look at the whole picture. Marketing is pipeline fill for future business. If you do nothing, nothing happens.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Marketing is a process. Nothing happens overnight. Repetition is the key. You cannot start and stop your marketing program and expect to gain new customers.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. They need to know what percentage of their annual budget they would like to put towards their marketing initiatives. Our marketing initiatives are low cost but there is a cost associated with everything.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have been in business for over 15 years and we understand small business. We have always met commitments for every project we have accomplished for our clients, always on time and on budget.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Helping our customers to grow their business to the next level.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q.I know what you have done for other clients but what can you do for me?
A. We are straight shooters who will analyze your current marketing initiatives, put together a solid marketing plan and get the work done. If you hire us, we will get the job done and move your marketing forward.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. When we meet with potential new customers, they tell us they do not believe in direct mail. We have built a business based on highly targeted direct mail and web optimization. We laugh and ask them how they think they are sitting across from us to learn about our business? The answer is usually from a web search or a piece of direct mail they have received!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. How hard we work! Nothing is accomplished overnight!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Over 40 years of combined corporate experience between the two partners of Marketing Xperience. We love to help small businesses to succeed!
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We wrote a press release for a client and uploaded it to several free local distribution sites. The press release generated several nice projects for his company.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We recently graduated from Social Media Magic University. We are experienced in all aspects of social media marketing including blogs, facebook, Twitter, etc.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Definitely Social Media. More companies are pouring their marketing dollars into that sector because it is interactive and very measurable.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Our projects are ongoing so it is hard to say. Our most recent customer has a multi pronged approach to his marketing as he has three segments to his industry. We have researched each segment and recommended marketing initiatives which are beginning to pay off. We work on either a project or retainer basis. Sometimes it is more cost effective to hire us on a contract basis rather than an hourly because we work long hours in order to get the job done.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. We can work as an outsource marketing company on a contract, or retainer, basis (we ask our customers to sign a "Letter of Understanding" with no strings attached) or we can work on a project basis, depending on the potential customers' needs but we like to feel part of the team. We have had a relationship with some of our clients for over five years.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Work for a large corporation and learn from the ground up.
Q. Write your own question and answer it.
A. Q. Do I need a formal marketing plan?
A. Sometimes the banks require that you provide a long and involved marketing plan if you are seeking a loan and we can provide that if you request it. However, we believe that most of our customers can only handle two or three marketing intiatives at one time and so we have devleoped a propriatary one page marketing plan that our customers love because it is a dynamic document that can be changed on the fly, moving their marketing forward.
