We teach Parkour and Free Running at Team Central gymnastics center (all ages and skills). All teachers have been practicing the sport for more then 5 years.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look at how many years the intructors have been doing Parkour and/or Free Running. You cannot teach this sport with out ever actually doing it.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How many years have they been teaching and/or doing parkour and free running. Personality is also a big thing to look for.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love working with kids as well as teaching what I love... I dont even consider this a job. I don;t get paid much to do it either. :)
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. My greatest strenght is my patience. I can work all day long with out getting stressed out or loosing control.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. I am currently looking to improve my own personal skills. By doing so, I will be able to teach my students in a more efficient manner
