I am 68 years young and Fox Fitness is helping to keep me that way.
I have been with Fox Fitness approximately six months. I had knee surgery a year before and staying active with Terri has helped to keep my knee from becoming stiff.
Terri switches up the exercises so your whole body gets a workout and you are never bored. Also her bubbly personality keeps the classes fun.

Terry, you are a true artist when it comes to sculpting bodies. You have customize the workout to the clients needs and have always kept it fun, informative and interesting. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is serious about starting a workout program with results. You are a true inspiration to me.

I saw changes in my body after just three weeks. Even though I don't always use the scale, I see the change in the fit of my clothes. I love the compliments I have been receiving too.

You have always shown us how each exercise is done properly so that we can get the optimal benefits. I enjoy each and every workout and leave feeling great! I have in the past and will continue to recommend people to you.
Thank you for being in my life. Agi B

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Having fun with clients is actually the most common!!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. What do you like about working with someone? Look for those qualities in a trainer.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That there are no shortcuts. You must exercise and change the way you eat. All change starts with a single thought..."I can do this"

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Seriously decide the goals you want. It's not about pounds, it about getting off medicine, shooting out of the gate faster, fitting into my skinny jeans...forever!!!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I listen to your needs and we work together to meet them. High school athlete, to 90-year-olds, I train everyone. Everyone needs to workout and there is something for everyone.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Watching people meet and exceed their goals in health, family and work.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. HOW MUCH? Its based on individual needs and how we work together.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Ask me about my "ah ha" moment.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That everyone needs a coach/confidant/trainer/ to help meet new goals.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My life changed due to becoming healthy and changing my life's purpose.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I have 2 ladies that are in their 60s. One pulled up carpet and scraped popcorn off her ceiling. She said, "I did it all and I didn't hurt. It's all because of you". I said, "I would love to take the credit, but it's because you show up every week, do the things I say and work hard". The smile on her face is the reason I do what I do.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Every day!! I read and study and look up websites. I take continuing education courses and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, look for new and exciting ways to train.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Full-body functional training. Bodyweight, suspension and band training. ANYONE CAN DO ANY OF THESE.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Individual training is pricier than group training. If I come to your house or to your gym there is a little more involved. Group pricing depends on the number of participants.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Ask them the purpose. If you are getting in it to get rich, do something else. If you are doing it for your own benefits...go somewhere else. If you are interested in helping others, please, jump in.
