  When we bought a house in Kansas City, we needed to replace the main sewer pipe in the house. Superior did an excellent job. Not only was the pipe replaced, but every item that drained to it was checked, and any replacements needed were handled with care and top-notch quality.

  When we woke up to cold showers, we called Superior Plumbing and Gas. They quickly worked me in, and before the day was done, we had a new hot water heater. Caleb showed us how the tank had burst, with it's shape bulging out on the bottom of the tank! He was very courteous, informative, and honest. We have called Superior repeately and have always been delighted with his work ethic and prices. If you want a plumber you can trust every time call Superior Plumbing and Gas.

  We called Superior with an emergency situation. We had 1 day left on an inspection period on a home that supposedly couldn't be dewinterized. They rearranged their schedule to accomodate ours and were on-site in two hours. It took them 1 hour to complete the work, they were professional, clean and provided excellent service all while answering our questions and doing the job. We were very pleased, and thanks to Superior, were able to complete the inspections in time. We will definitely refer everyone we know to them as well as use their company for any future needs we may have!

  These guys are easy to work with and very professional. The service was FAST and the problem was fixed in no time. Had a water heater that was leaking, and they came out, installed a brand new water heater, hauled off the old one, and the whole job was done in less than a couple of hours. I highly recommend these guys...they keep things clean during the process and they are informative, friendly and honest. Great to work with!

  I called Superior Plumbing and Gas when I started seeing a water spot behind my bathtub. I tried one plumbing company that couldn't identify the problem and then tried Superior Plumbing. I'll never use anyone else again. Superior Plumbing was fast, friendly and thorough. They worked until they figured out what was wrong and didn't leave until they were sure it was taken care of.

  We had an issue with our water heater where it stopped producing hot water. We contacted Superior Plumbing and Gas and they came out promptly to investigate the problem. They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and explained what the issue was. They were up front and honest in giving an estimate to fix the water heater. There were no hidden fees and no gimmicks. I appreciated their transparency. The final product was outstanding and their attention to detail was phenomenal. They left their work area spotless and I have not had any issues with the water heater since.
