- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat monthly fee which includes your QBO subscription, receipt management system subscription, presentation of 3 financial statements, and unlimited email support. My starting point for pricing is usually around $300 per month, but it really depends on your individual business. I also offer a discount for multiple months of cleanup in conjunction with continued monthly services. Contact me for details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an initial consultation where I ask you to tell me a little bit about your business. From there, we discuss the bookkeeping services that you are interested in and how I might be able to help! I will send you a proposal with pricing information and upon acceptance, I provide a list of needed documents and then set up QBO and/or your new receipt management system. There is quite a bit of back and forth for the first month or so while I’m getting to know your business and asking questions, but after that it becomes a much more streamlined process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and I am also an Advanced QBO (certified) ProAdvisor.
