- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take great care of our clients. our pricing is as good as it gets in the HVAC industry. We keep overhead low, so we can do better than our competitors on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time window that works for you then call when we are about 30 minutes away. Once we arrive we ask a couple of questions then start the diagnosis process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA and gas certified. 30 plus years on site training.
