Alex responded promptly to my initial email. He communicated throughout our initial meeting. He will return in a few days to complete the job. So far, I can say this young man's customer service has been excellent. I had to UPDATE my review. I was looking forward to working with Alex. When we last spoke on April 29, he was to return on May 4. I texted him Friday evening to confirm the time he would be by on Saturday. After several hours of no response, I texted Alex again. He texted back to inform me that he would need to push my appointment back a week, due to the rain. Alex had fallen behind on other jobs. My issue here is if I had not texted Alex, back I would not have known he was not going to complete my job. Alex had 3 days to communicate with me that he would need to reschedule my appointment. I understand that sometimes things happen, however, communication is essential, I have not texted Alex back nor has he reached back to me. I can NOT recommend someone who does not stand behind their word or promise. I dodge a bullet here.

Alex did a wonderful job on my yard!! Not only did he respond quickly to my request but he was available and able to come by same day. My yard looks great, he took time to make sure everything was completed thoroughly and was very professional and professional to work with!! His prices are insanely reasonable especially for the quality of service he provided! I already asked him to come back every week!!
