Had a lot of issues with both my laptop and home computer. Doug did a great job of getting all of the issues fixed. He also provided some additional services to our systems and provided us with information about keeping both computers working up to speed, and advice on various computer questions that we had throughout the day. He was both courteous and knowledgeable.

Configuration of wireless devices such as routers, printers, phones, tablets etc. Setup of business Servers, email systems such as Exchange and troubleshoot. Network setup for switches, firewalls and network permissions. Also, setup Mac computers and troubleshoot and repair the same. Setup remote desktop management for users. Training for all Microsoft products. Work with clients to customize their systems to meet their day to day needs.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I have over 30 years of practical experience. I have worked in business management most of my working career. I was able to use my knowledge of Information Technology to improve business processes and build tools to automate day to day processes to remove the element of human error and make technology a friend and not an adversary.
