I requested a move-out cleaning because we just moved into a house that had been vacant for a little while, but more or less got a wipe down. I paid her $400 for a finished job that was only worth about $100-$150. The master closet didn’t get cleaned at all; kitchen cabinets didn’t get wiped out and they still had grease on the outside of them; baseboards were somewhat dusted but not cleaned; door frames and window sills weren’t even dusted, much less cleaned; the stairs weren’t vacuumed; some of the floors were still dirty after being mopped (if they were even mopped); and there were still cobwebs throughout the house. When I contacted Natasha about it, she said she cleaned everything except the closet and only offered a $10 refund. I had to get someone else to finish the job! Very unhappy to have paid so much for a crappy job!!
