FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate fee of $40/hour. Whether I can assist the client and/or solve the problem in 15 minutes, or 15 hours, it's a flat hourly fee, which of course, is well below the industry standard for the Best Buy's, CompUSA's, and other shops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to understand what the customers needs are, or problem they are facing. Once we have established the needs of the client and have a clear understanding of what the end goal is, we can begin to tackle the objective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Columbia College in 2015 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and hold a couple Microsoft Technology Associate certifications, one being for Networking, and the other for Windows Server Administration. Aside from all that, I've been using Windows for over 20 years, so I am a seasoned veteran when it comes to Microsoft's operating systems. Last but not least, and most importantly, I am a Systems Administrator for an I.T. company in Columbia, Missouri.
