Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you want quality then we are the answer. We are not the cheapest, but we are the most professional.
A Home purchase is a very large purchase we provide the same high standards to every home we inspect.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That a lot of homes on the market are in an appalling state. If in doubt do not buy, it is a buyers market.
A home inspection is the best money you can spend.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long in business?
Get a copy of a their home inspection report. "Does it make sense."
Are they insured?
Do they offer discounts on 2nd or 3rd houses inspected?
Do they inspect or do they just look around and report minor issues so as to not upset the seller agent. We do not try to kill deals, but we do provide a service to our clients and that is a full and comprehensive inspection of what will probably be the largest investment that our clients will make.
