- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. We take into account travel expense, distance to the job, and time frame contracted for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out as much about the venue we will be performing at so that when we arrive, it takes less time for set up & soundcheck. Information about load in at the venue is always good to have. We like to build a friendly yet professional dialogue with each customer to help them feel comfortable about working with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always listening to different bands & artists out there. I study the different technology available to market us as well as new changes being made in sound reinforcement to stay up to date and have the best product available to deliver.
