FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

It is important to know that for a typical home in Missouri, it can vary greatly in price. I could come up with a quote as low as $65 or as high as $10000-$20000 depending on the materials being used, the level of prep work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We are experts at residential and commercial plumbing and electrical. Most of the homes we service are brand new construction to over 20 years old. Common problems on homes are leaking faucets, clogged drains or breaker problems. We service everything from difficult plumbing and electrical problems, to the simplest plumbing and electrical problems. These are all common problems in Missouri and can be fixed very easily. If they are not fixed, however, they can lead to expensive problems.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust yourself. Hire the company that you are most comfortable with and make sure everything is in a written agreement.
