This Company completely lies about showing up to provide septic service. They are horrible and unresponsive even we they have installed a system and alarms are going off. DO NOT USE!!!!! Save yourself the agony and the reliance on people who absolutely do not care and do not show up as promised EVER!!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are a family owned company with each of us giving 100% toward customer education and satisfaction. We have over 30 years of experience in our trade and always put the customer first. With the state of the economy now, we are constantly trying to find ways to make our service affordable to people.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like knowing that our company is not your ordinary company, we are not just here for the buck and never mislead our customer's. I feel that our customer's are much more educated than our competitior's in that we take the time to explain our services and am always free to answer any questions or give advice free of charge.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common is how often their septic tanks should be cleaned or maybe they have never been cleaned. The answer is depending on the size of the family, lets say 4, your tank should be cleaned every 3 years. The problem is that they don;t understand the purpose of get it cleaned, we don't make them feel that its a sales pitch. We actually take the time to explain how the system works and the money that will be saved if the system is maintained properly. Just like you would change the oil in your car - why?? So you don't have to an uncessary engine installed due to lack of maintenance.
