- What types of customers have you worked with?
The thing my company does the most is sealing of concrete. It's the most important thing you can do to protect your driveway/walkway/patio/garage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that has design experience as well. They can be the best at application but if they have no vision of what will look great then they're not worth anything.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The quality of the do it yourself products and our products are night and day different. It takes a long time to learn how to do this kind of work and do it correctly so it will last. I do at least 10 jobs every year where a customer purchased a product from a retailer and needed it repaired. It's simply not cost effective for a home owner to buy the tools needed to do this work and if it's not done right, for it to last.
