We do custom residential design and consultation. We offer structural engineering, architectural, design, and building services. We have over 15 years of experience in providing quality contractor services. We specialize in passive solar technology, energy-efficient design, geothermal services, timber frame homes, presentation drawings, 3D CAD modeling, construction blueprints, floor plans, AutoCAD, color rendering, and animation. We handle timber frames, log homes, posts, beams, new homes, room additions, and remodeling. Our construction drawings are designed and engineered according to the local code. We do green building using structural insulated panels (SIP). Owner builder assistance or job site supervision is available. We can work directly with builders or their clients. Construction financing assistance is given to those who qualify.
