Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If a company will not take the time to answer all of your questions for a product you are buying then look somewhere else, because your sale (no matter how small) should matter and the company should make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would want to know if the employees were paid by "commission" or "by the job". There are a lot of service techs that will only make money selling parts, our service techs get paid per job, so they will only sell you what truly needs replaced. Always look the company up on BBB.org. Companies come and go so you want to know if they are honest and have been in business for awhile. Also if they have any complaints, if so how did they handle them.

Do your service techs get paid by commision or by the job?
