This was nothing but a great experience. He contacting me before my pick up and after to ensure that I was satisfied. He finished his job in a timely manner and I would definitely use this service again. Honestly I probably wont call anybody but this company. I loved my experience.

They came and took away my appliance just fine. But I do feel they use bait and switch on the pricing. First they quoted me $65 to take away my appliance. When I said yes They wrote back and said they made a mistake and it would be $75. Then when they came to get the appliance they charged me $85 And said the extra $10 was for tax. But this is a scam because you are not supposed to charge taxes on a service. The service was just fine But be prepared to pay more than whatever they quote you. Or at least ask them to give you a quote on the bed that is firm on price with no additional add-ons whatsoever.
