I started Turpin Outdoor Services, Inc. as an answer to many of the problems I've encountered in dealing with other lawn care providers, big or small. One of the biggest trends that I've seen is the complete lack of customer service. Customer service to me goes way beyond simply answering questions and showing up. It's about giving you the complete wow factor, giving you a voice in every step of the project, and making it a fun and educational experience that builds trust and lasting friendships, insuring that you are completely satisfied every time. I want you to be just as proud of each project or service as I am, and by giving control to you, the project becomes very unique and personal, and once completed, you can look at it and say, "Wow, those were my ideas."
Another couple of huge problems are lack of communication and inconsistent billing. To solve these two issues, I've put a system into place that keeps all the billing organized and in order, so nothing gets missed, and there are no surprises; all my prices are upfront with no fine print. All projects are updated daily with pictures and a complete break down of what was completed that day, sent via email and updated on the website. By doing this, it lets you know at a glance exactly where the project is, and you can track the progress from start to finish as if you were doing it yourself, completely giving you the freedom to do the things you want without the hassles and the worries of dealing with a big project.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our common jobs include; sod, retaining walls, landscaping, mowing, and patios. We also do seeding and fertilization.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When looking for a lawn care company many people will start by looking at prices. What people need to understand is the cheaper lawn care companies are usually cheaper for a reason. Many licensed and insured lawn care compies with the proper equiptment will normally charge more due to the fact that they have to maintain and pay for the top of the line equiptment. If you are looking for a more professional company who can do a better job, don't always look for a company with the lowest price!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. I feel that a customer should ask the professional for refrences and photos of prior jobs, that way the customer can get an idea of what kind of work and service the professional does
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. It is not just our work. While our work is excellent, our service is outstanding. We put our customers first and serve their every needs.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like that what I do is my passion. I love working with people and I love building things and working with the outdoors. My favorite part is seeing the customers faces when the job is completed.
