We solve water problems, affordably!

If you are getting water in the basement, or standing in the yard, after a lot of rain, we can help you. You probably "do not" need to spend a lot of money for an inside water proof system (sump pump, pit, and breaking up the perimeter of your basement floor for a drain system)

Example: If you see water where the basement floor and the basement wall meet, after a lot of rain, you have a "hydrostatic pressure leak" at the footing. Most of these problems can be resolved with "simple and inexpensive" rainwater drainage corrections.

We install downspout extensions, French drains, and other inexpensive solutions to most water problems. Call us today.

We serve the greater metropolitan St. Louis Missouri area!

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am a certified foundation inspector and rainwater remediation inspector. We specialize in diagnosing the cause of water problems "correctly".

We take pride in offering the most affordable solution available to fix "leaky basement" problems and "wet yard" problems.

I am not a commissioned salesman who is hired to "sell waterproofing" (sump pump, pit, and breaking up your basement floor for a perimeter drain system).

Most customers do not need anything that expensive or extreme to solve their water problems. :-)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like being able to solve customers water problems and in most cases to do it "AFFORDABLY".

I enjoy showing people what the "real cause" of their problem is and explaining the options they have to solve the problem.

It's a nice feeling, when people are afraid that they will have to spend a lot of money to solve their "wet basement" or "wet yard" problem, and I get to tell them that all they need is an "inexpensive" downspout extension, or french drain to solve their problem. :-)
