Sam is just awesome. Usually you feel bad about how much you have to pay those guys to come out to your house, but Sam saved me so much money from a leaky toilet, it feels positively like an investment. Plus he was so sweet and personable and charmingthe whole incidence redeemed my toilet tragedy!
