Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are several reasons that make our services stand out from the "others".

1) The reason people want a computer is to get on the Internet and surf, or run certain software, and they want to do it NOW! By combining the expertise and services in the categories that are required to make that all possible, we are a simple one stop solution center.

2) Although EVERY computer will, sooner or later, have issues with the hardware that requires a technician to repair/replace a component, HOWEVER, 98% of ALL computers that come into our store are NOT mechanical or hardware issues!

3) Viruses, Spyware, Trojans, Rootkits and other infections that we will call "Malware" can give the impression of mechanical or hardware issues and result in unneeded costs by parts replacement. Malware removal is more of a science and is not completely understood by most technicians. The "common" approach is to "save what we can" and reformat and reinstall windows. Not only does not necessarily resolve the problem but you now may have hours of work and precious pics completely lost! You ALSO now have to reinstall everything that you had prior to the re-format. Well my friend, Re-format is NOT the solution and does not guarantee that the system is now free from the infection. It can be hidden, only to raise its ugly head again! Virus/Malware removal IS our speciality!

4) So , you now have a computer that is new or up to date on everything, has no infections, yet you still are having issues with your Internet connection. What do you do NOW? Call tech support and wait...& wait..& wait..AND then get someone on the phone that does not speak your language!! GRRR
We are ALSO am Internet Service Provider, specializing in High Speed Internet in Rural areas with the lowest start up costs in the nation! AND WE SPEAK ENGLISH!

BOTTOM LINE: Save time and aggravation by utilizing our expertise and services that cover any and all issues that may arise in keeping you from experiencing the enjoyment of simply turning on your computer and doing what it that you bought the computer for!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The best part of my job is the fact that i ENJOY what I do. Actually, if one gets paid for doing what one enjoys, it isnt REALLY a "job" , is it?

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. One of the most asked Internet questions I get asked is : Is my High Speed Internet available in my area"?

ANSWER: If you have a clear view of the southern sky, and a active telephone connection, AND you live in the Continental U.S. (48 states)..the answer is YES!!
