Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The best advice I can give is not just look at the price of the bid you are receiving. No two pest professionals are the same. There are plenty of good guys out there but a whole lot more bad guys. Check with your BBB local office for claims. Ask the PMP(pest management professional) for the MSDS sheet and approximately what, how much, and why they are using a product. In this business its all about the product knowledge and the service provided, not the price.....most times you get what you pay for. Unfortunately there are guys/gals in our industry are so desperate for the job that they do not care what corners get cut. Remember to do your research, compare service not price, and remember.....you get what you pay for.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We use the industries most effective products & treatment methods available. At C Roberts you will get honesty from the start. We will tell you what we are using and why we are using it. Communication with our customers, is a top priority.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The people we help make the job rewarding. To know that we have helped to keep a home termite free, bug free, rodent, or wildlife free leaves us with a great feeling at the end of the day. The job is all about the customers, because without the customers....we would be nothing.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Is it safe around children and pets..... The answer is yes in fact most products are even odorless. Pesticides no a days are formulated differently than 30+ years ago. Most are a micro-encapsulated formula (which we describe as millions of little caplets floating and suspended in a gallon of water) in which the insect comes into contact with by attaching itself to the insects skin. The materials are time released, meaning that the insecticide is absorbed one of three ways. Either through ingestion, absorbing through the the skin, or by ingesting it.
