Midwest Metal Roofs did a spectacular job on our roof (complete tear off and new non-metal Tamko 50 year shingles on a 1.5 story home in Millstadt, Illinois)! Dale worked with us regarding project payment, provided a no-hassle estimate, and even lowered his estimate when the materials went on sale (a savings I think many contractors would have pocketed). Dale and his crew were professional, expeditious, thorough, tidy and the outcome was overall amazing. I could not be more pleased with our choice to go with Midwest Metal Roofs!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Full tear off of old shingles and reinstall new.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We use premium products that last and usually surpass what the manufactures require for basic installation. Every job gets vented ridge where applicable upgraded shingles and synthetic underlayment not felt paper. These are all upgrades for other companies not with us its just standard material.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why do you offer all upgrade products with your bid? There is such a small amount of difference in cost, that there is no comparison to basic installs. Letting them know that a roof install is one of the most expensive investments you will make to your home! Dont settle for cheap grade materials.
