- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is mostly based on estimated time and materials needed to complete the job at hand. The estimation of time n materials is based on years of doing the work and similar factors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get their info, name address phone number what we need to look at and go write up an estimate. If they’re available when we come by we go over the process and answer any questions they have, if they’re not home we look everything over write up the estimate and leave it then if they have questions they can call us.
