James & his crew replaced wood siding on the west side of our house 2 yrs. ago as a result of carpenter ant & termite damage. His bid was fair & reasonable. James & his crew finished the job in 3 days. Knowing we had more panels to replace on the east & north side of the house, I called James once again for another bid as I told him we would like his business once we were to the point to replace siding. Again, his bid was reasonable. His crew worked diligently & finished the job in 2 days. The work is professional. We are very pleased with the repairs and his experience to match paint from the existing house. I will recommend James & his company to anyone needing home repairs. Thanks you!

I used Above and beyond for interior paint jobs with the last 2 places I lived. They do very good work, the area of the vaulted ceilings were very nice and I would not only use them again I would and do recommend them for any job.

James and his emlpoyees were very proffessional and they was always keeping me informed with every step of the job. I would reffer them to my own mother which is what I did.

A. I would have to say I work more in the summer winter it slows down mostly I believe due to the holidays and people dont want to spend as much and in the summer I do alot of wood rot (siding/trim/window trim) replacment and exterior paint but in the winter I do more remodels I think thats because people want to get there basements and bathrooms done for there wifes and husbands for Christmas.
A. If you are talking to a painter/wood rot specialist and you want to know if they know there job ask them what are you not suppose to caulk when they are caulking your home?
There answer should be the bottoms of windows and bottoms of trim boards because if for some reason water does get in the top of windows/trim it has no way to escape it will just be sitting where it cant get out which is why usually window sill and bottom of window trim is rotted.
A. Because I really am concerned with the total out come of the whole job and there satisfaction I don't believe i've left a customer dissatisfied with the work I have performed on there home and I dont plan on that happening that is why

A. I have worked for some good employers and some bad and the one thing I took from each one is the ones that were good took there time and did the job right which made for happy people and the bad ones cut alot of corners and I don't believe in the long run its faster if you got to go back later and do it again.
James
A. Will you be on my job and go do another one before your done with mine?
Answer: No I start one job and finish it before I go to the next a customer that calls on us get mine/our undevided attention till I finish your job
A. Not everyone does quality work which everyone knows and the price of someones bid on your home doesnt mean how good of work they do the highest price dont mean the best company that just means they do less jobs but make just as much money. The cheapest bid doesnt mean worst work but it CAN mean you get what you paid for and could cost you more in the end.
Just remember listen to the person that is giving you the bid ask him questions and see how he responds
A. Because im good at what I do and I realized that I have a solid and honest future in doing what I love to do.
A. A leak in a woodshake roof that stained there ceiling they didnt want to replace the whole roof so I repaired the roof and the ceiling and they where so happy they asked me if I would take care of there home when they rent there home if they need anything done and I told then to call me anytime they need anything.
A. I dont go to a school but I do read up and go on line to find out the new things that are comeing out to keep up on the times
A. Just always remember quality not quanity before you worry how much you can do before you worry about how it is done right and how goo it looks.
A. My customers have asked me how often when the job is going on do I come by and check up on the work?
Answer: I am on the job I dont do the bid and then send someone else to do it I am on the job doing the work it is the best way for me to know its getting done right.
