Adam and his team were absolutely amazing. Their work was quick, high quality, and impressive. Honestly, it's like they were never here when they left. They made sure everything was cleaned up, posts that had to be removed were back in place and my fence was put back together. They were all very nice and personable. Our neighbor even decided to work with them and get a tree taken down the same day. I will definitely be calling them again if I need more treework done! Thanks for the great experience! Could not be happier.

Adam, with Kingdom tree and stump was extremely polite and paid excellent attention to detail. The day he and his crew started, I had pure trust they were going to do a fabulous job. After they cut, all 6 of my trees, they cleaned up the entire mess. All 3 Guys were, polite, professional and kind. You could tell they have been in business for a long time, because of their mastery in customer service. I would highly recommend Kingdom Tree & Stump, for any of their tree magic. Adam and his crew showed up, reviewed the work to be done, and jumped right in to the tree work to be done. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the yard and surrounding area really well, it was impressive. This is the 2nd time we’ve hired Kingdom Tree and will look to them again next time we need work done.

There was some initial hesitation on my part as Kingdom Tree & Stump was a tad slow to respond to my questions on thumbtack, however, they more than made up for it with everything else. Once they arrived, everyone was really knowledgeable and ready to answer any question I had, including things about future tree maintenance and things I must watch for. Their work was quick, clean, and every tree turned out quite pretty after they were done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes prices can vary due to circumstances of the trees. Sometimes it just takes to come out and take a look in order to price precisely.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Obviously you want a contractor with insurance. Also, initially, you can tell whether it is someone to hire by the amount of knowledge they possess about the trees. A credible representative is a good sign.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would like for all our customers to know that I am here for them. I'm not going to come on your property and tell you to remove all your trees just so I can get a paycheck. I will advise you according to the health and situation of the trees.
