  My old desktop computer was running extremely slow. Called Gateway, they told me I could not upgrade the memory because it was maxed out. Running a small business from my home I was starting to panic when the computer started freezing up while on the phone with customers. I purchased a new computer without even thinking how I was going to transfer all my email, price lists, bids, etc to the new computer. I searched Google and ran across this site, this is where I found Kansas City Tech. Never using a computer guy before I was a little uneasy, I didn’t really know what to except. Kansas City Tech quoted a price to me which I believed to be reasonable for the amount of work that it turned into. I’m happy to report that everything was transferred including all of my icons and screen saver. I am really happy with their service!
