Our entire experience working with True Blue plumbing was exceptional! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. We initially had True Blue Plumbing come out due to a backed up drain in our basement. However, much to our surprise, about an hour after our technician, Chris, left we had encountered another plumbing issue that was completely unexpected. I called True Blue Plumbing back and Chris was able to come back for a second time a couple hours later and helped us with our second issue. Chris was able to take care of both issues and we were so grateful for his flexibility in coming to our house for a second time in the same day. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if we have any other issues down the line.

On Thursday I noticed our water wasn't getting hot. I reached out to True Blue Plumbing on Friday and they had Alex scheduled to come out Saturday morning. Over night we had a large snowfall and I wasn't sure if the plumber would be able to make it. Alex braved the snowy weather and was still at my home by 9:30. My water heater was 19 years old so it made more sense to replace rather than attempt repairs. Alex had a replacement tank with him in the truck and was able to get it installed same day. He also added an expansion tank to bring me up to code as well. After the water heater I had Alex take a look at a few more things and he ended up being here most of the day. He was professional, explained what he would be doing, cleaned up after himself, and was all around great to work with. He has over 20 years experience as a plumber and I was confident he knew what he was doing and making sure everything was done right the first time. I will definitely be calling True Blue and specifically Alex M. for any and all future plumbing needs and would recommend my friends do the same.
