I met Josh Pehl early on in his career and I have been happy with his work ever since. He has worked on many projects for me. One including a deconstruction, which included major supporting walls and tear out to the main floor rafters. Another being building garage walls, siding and trim. He is not afraid of any job, he takes notes of the job ahead of him and gets right to it. He has showed up on time to every job and makes sure the area is cleaned before leaving for the day. He is quick and very efficient. I will continue to use him as one of my main contractors. I have recommended him to several people already.

The attention to detail and the pride in the work is what sets Pehl Carpentry aside. Not some business that lets people do the work for them, Josh was there every step of the way. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Windows, doors and siding
Decks, fences, pergolas
Interior doors and trim
Framing
Kitchen Remodeling
Bathroom Remodeling
Finished Basements
Fire, water, and tree damage restoration work

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. 1. Finished Basement Project:

I was given a clean pallet with this project. The basement was transformed from an unusable open storage space to a one bedroom, half bath, with office and theatre room. Pictures will be posted soon to the website.

2. Fire Damage Restoration:

There was a fire on the back deck from a bar-b-que accident. In the process of putting out the fire there was also significant water damage. This required the removal of the deck, the entire roof system, all of the interior finishes, along with new plumbing and electrical. We worked with the insurance company to remain on budget. This restoration was a success and the home owner is currently enjoying his new living environment.

3. Tree Damage Resoration:

Durring a severe thunderstorm a large tree feel on top of the roof damaging the entire structure beyond minor repair. The rain water also created significant damage to the interior finishes. This required the removal and replacement of the entire roof system, along with major restoration of the interior finishes, some new plumbing and electrical.
