A. I really enjoy meeting new people, but what I like most is educating others about their own, personal technology. Technology is intimidating enough, but to be unable to know how to use the things you own effectively is more frustrating. I use simple language to assist in learning. When someone finally grasps the lesson, I know I've done a great job.
