Thank you so much for a job well done. We were completely satisfied with how clean our carpets were when you left. We have been in our home 9 yrs. with 5 kids and have had them cleaned by several different companies, but your professionalism and your concern to get the job done right surpassed them all. We will use you for any future carpet cleaning jobs and tile cleaning jobs for sure. I was also pleased with how our tiled shower came out. Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All Star Tile & Grout provides a premium service where grime is not simply "moved" from one area to another, which results from the mop and bucket method, but "removed" from those unsightly areas providing a like new appearance to those areas. Thus leaving those surface areas 99.9% free from bacteria or other contaminants which may be the source of unpleasant odors.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is seeing the excitement in customers' faces when they see for themselves how effective our system is for tile cleaning/restoration.
If someone were to use the exact same solutions All Star uses the result would not be nearly as effective as our system.
Because of the concentrated water pressure combined with our cleaning solutions we are able to provide quality and affordable service at the price you can afford.
It truly is amazing!!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. A common question asked of us is "how much does it cost?"
All Star Tile & Grout bases their initial (restorative cleaning) price by the soil load to be cleaned. Other factors come into play as well such as, the condition of the tile,whether the tile is man-made or natural stone, and, the amount of surface area to be cleaned.
Another commonly asked question is "how long will it take?" Our answer, again, surface area and amount of soil load generally determines the length of time the cleaning process requires. However, customers are invoiced the agreed upon amount whether the project takes 2 hours or 6 hours. No Surprise Charges!!
