Tim Champagne is rude and does terrible maintenance. The materials used were old. He refused to fix items in the house which resulted in filing a claim with the city to get items fixed such as hot water heater, heating and electrical.

I have never had a complaint filed with the city against me, I also do not do maintenance for anyone other than my properties. Of you are a tenant, you issue is with your landlord. I only do what I am told to do. To my knowledge I have never had a tenant named chuck

I agree with the other reviewer. Unprofessional, unqualified, unreliable, horrible work. I don't know how he can claim to know anything about remodeling or construction. Won't back up his work. If anything is not done right, too bad
