A. What is more important, value or cost? Often people low ball estimates to be awarded the job, and then are usually forced to cut corners to make a profit. Value is allowing enough man hours and materials to perform the job with quality and integrity. If you have to pay someone to fix what wasn't done right the first time, you've paid twice with more headache.
