1. Find out their specific needs 2. Learn the outcome goal for the project 3. Adjust each project to meet the actual needs of the customer, not my perceived notions. 4. Be available for follow-up assistance after a project is completed.

I read, participate in webcasts, stay in contact with the professionals writing guidelines, and never stop learning through interaction with the professionals in the field of the Americans with Disabilities Act and disABILITIES issues
